All Xvivo System’s Incubation and processing chambers have independent control of critical process parameters. An easy to use computer interface allows for pre-set expansion profiles, preconditioning of cell tissue, wound priming, differentiation induction and much more. Efficiency Saves Gas & Media

The Xvivo System's Incubation chambers are custom engineered to fit the Corning HYPERStack-12 and HYPERStack-36 vessels. Efficient design of the incubation chamber saves gas usage, while chamber fans aid in circulation and homogenization of gas, temperature and rH, both inside and outside the HYPERStack vessel. The improved airflow helps increase yield and cell health via maximal gas exchange. The HYPERStack also saves cost on media by producing 2.5X more cells per volumetric footprint than other methods.

 

Eliminate Fluctuations / Minimize Contamination

The Xvivo System's isolative workspace eliminates the constant gas flux and contamination risks found in conventional incubators with doors opening all day into laboratory air. The Xvivo System's individual incubation chambers eliminate the risk of cross contamination by keeping the HYPERStack vessels isolated. Separation of laboratory personnel from the culture environment also removes the biggest culprit in laboratory contamination (humans). Take as much time as needed in seeding, filling and harvesting your product, the Xvivo's processing chambers are always circulating filtered air.

 

Continuous Monitoring Ensures Healthy Cells

The Xvivo System continuously monitors all conditions (temperature, humidity, O2, CO2, CLO2 and volatile organic compounds etc.) in every incubation and processing chamber. This constant logging of incubation conditions and processing environment is in line with the FDA's P.A.T. initiative. With remote monitoring and alarm notifications of critical processing parameters product quality is always assured.
